FAQ

Do you need photos or videos of your pet? What kind of pictures do you need? How many?

Only two photos are needed (daytime, standing, front view, clear; such photos will produce good results). If you only have a video and no photos, you can send it to customer service to see if we can create a screenshot.

What is the product? How do I use it?

The product includes equipment, decorative accessories, and holographic projection. After receiving your Digital House product, simply upload two photos of your pet using our official mini-program to generate a holographic image of your pet. It features several poses. Simply place your phone on the box to project the image, and you can even interact by petting its head!

What if the restoration doesn't look right?

The reproduction quality is excellent, accurately capturing the character's features. If the generated image doesn't look right, please contact us. Our engineers will manually adjust it until you are satisfied, so please feel free to place your order.

Can I only upload one pet?

If you have multiple pets and need to create multiple pet characters, you can add a pet in the upper left corner of the mini program under My Pets (contact customer service to purchase a new image activation code to create a new character) to experience switching between multiple pet images.

Why am I prompted to activate the pet again after activating it for the first time?

Personal Center - My Pets - Select the pet that was activated for the first time - Enable Holographic Projection (it will no longer prompt for reactivation)

What if other people want to project my pet?

You can transfer your account or add a sub-account (if you don't know how, you can contact customer service for a tutorial video).
